Worship Leaders - Keith & Sue Gaesser

Hello from Keith & Sue…glad you're visiting our web site…Hope to meet you “face to face” soon!  Our “grass roots” are in the GCBC.  Sue’s grandparents and parents were there at the tent meetings and the birthing of the church.  Her mother was choir director for adults, teens, and children’s programs.  Sue was born, baptized, and discipled there.  I was also a “home boy” raised in Gibson City, finding the GCBC in late High School years, and eventually, my future wife.  After marriage, we continued our training in service through Jr. High Programs, then on to High School Youth Programs.  Together we were also trained and served children and teens in the church music programs.  Our love for sharing Jesus through music continued reaching to churches, prisons, fairs, and special functions. 

Through the years, we have been a part of various bands such as Simply Yours, Heart Song, Garments Of Praise and at present, Recall.  God also gave us opportunity to serve in a church plant for 5 years.  Although we missed our home church, God grew us immensely in understanding sacrifice.  One area of responsibility was in corporate church worship, and it was there our passion truly ignited to serve the body of Christ through music.  We can hardly believe we are now on staff at the GCBC, doing what we love with people we love so much.  The praise teams, sound techs, and computer visual coordinators come alongside us to aid in equipping the body of Christ to stand firm until His return.

 What an adventure life with God is!  We have been blessed with 32 years of marriage and 6 “born again” children…Erica (26), Jessica (22), Cody (16), Angelica (14), Victoria (12), and Clay (11)…we love our son-in-law Steve too!

Until we meet here or in the air, make a joyful noise unto the Lord, for He truly has done great things!!!
