Graduates: We are compiling a list of our Jr. High, High School, and College Graduates in order to honor you on May 25. Please indicate your information on the tear off and place in the offering. We are also asking that you submit a picture. Please e-mail pictures to: gcbiblec@gibsoncitybible.org or drop off a picture at the office. Deadline for this info is Sunday, May 18.
Baptism Service: A Baptismal Service is scheduled for Sunday, June 1. If you desire to be baptized, please call the church office (784-5702) or indicate on the tear-off form and place in the offering plate. We will set up a time for you to meet with the pastor prior to the service.
Communion Service: Communion is scheduled for Sunday, June 8.
Vacation Bible School – June 2-6, 2008:
Hey kids! Let us take you out to the ballgame as we join Mr. Whittaker and the
adventures in Odyssey kids in learning more about Jesus Christ. We will have
Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, snacks, and a whole lot of fun!!! Don’t
miss this Champions Adventure! Join us for Vacation Bible School June 2-6, 2008
from 8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. here at Gibson City Bible Church. We can’t wait to
see all of you who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. Plan to bring

WEDNESDAY NIGHT PROGRAM: Program for 4 years old through 8th grade ends
for the season April 30th. It will resume September 3, 2008.
MESSAGE/SERVICE CD'S: Audio CD's of Sunday Worship Services and some
special events (Funerals, Weddings, etc.) are available upon request to the
church office. The cost for each CD is $5.
Small Group: The Sunday Evening Small Group which meets at the church has begun a study entitled: Christian Beliefs – Twenty basics every Christian should know. The intention of the study is to help believers grasp a foundational understanding of theology – what we believe and why we believe it. Topics include angels, sin, hell, the second coming, prayer, election, and a variety of other significant biblical truths. Pastor Paul is teaching. The Small Group currently meets in the church library.
TUESDAY NIGHT MEN'S BASKETBALL Beginning next fall, all men, High School and up, are invited to participate. The evening begins at 7 p.m. and ends around 9:00 p.m. Men's basketball is on break May through September.
